Blackberry Buttermilk Smoothies
Buttermilk replaces yogurt in this solid, tart, ultra-straightforward blackberry smoothie.
Ingredients
1 cup chilled blackberries
1 cup chilled buttermilk
2 tablespoons honey Pinch of salt
Directions:
Join the chilled blackberries with the chilled buttermilk, nectar, and salt in a blender and puree until the blend is smooth. Refrigerate until well-chilled, around 15 minutes. Empty the smoothies into tall glasses and serve.
